The starting point for the project in Bairro da Ponte, Caldas das Rainha, was a 1950’s house and garden full of character. The restoration focused on the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and their new connections. The priority was to open the kitchen to the dining room, and to create an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom.

A darker base and white lacquered upper cabinets lift the space of the kitchen. An island opens to the dining room, framing a new view. The bathroom design is defined by the horizontality of the continuous countertop and black fixtures.
